Disaster.Com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon properties including, but not limited to, amazon.com, endless.com, myhabit.com, smallparts.com, or amazonwireless.com.
And we’re proud and excited to be a participant.
At the same time, we want to let you know that there are a number of things out of our control. Remember, we’re a volunteer organization and we don’t make as much money as we spend – so please be considerate and understand that this site won’t be perfect.
- Some of the products that we list on this site may have expiration dates or maximum lifespans. We would love to ensure that the products shipped to you by Amazon or its affiliates have not expired, but unfortunately that’s completely out of our control. We, ourselves, have personally had this issue and it can be frustrating.
- We have done everything we can to ensure that the products listed on this site are of high quality, using customer reviews and ratings on the Amazon site, and often picking name brand products over names we don’t know. Sometimes these ratings can be inaccurate and the product quality may not be as high as we want (or it just might suck). We recommend that you research any product before buying it to ensure you understand the quality, the warranty, the guaranty and any return policies. Also – if you find something of low quality on our site, please let us know about it so we can remove it!
- We update the prices on our site once per day. Sometimes there might be a discrepancy between the price we list and the price on the Amazon site. If you notice this, please let us know. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is.
